K D Transport Company Ltd provides specialized workforce deployment, field coordination, and operational logistics support. Specific project deliverables and personnel counts are outlined in individual service protocols.
2. Deployment Protocols
All deployments are subject to site-specific health and safety (HSE) requirements. Clients must provide accurate site conditions to ensure optimal personnel allocation.
3. Liability & Performance
We maintain rigorous standards for workforce reliability. However, operational delays caused by environmental factors, third-party logistics, or site-specific incidents beyond our control will be managed through agreed-upon contingency plans.
4. Payments & Billing
Billing cycles are based on the agreed-upon deployment schedule. Late payments may result in a suspension of field operations to maintain commercial stability.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of Grand Port.
